  • Are your sneakers authentic?
    Yes. Every single pair is 100% authenticated by our expert team & check check before it is listed on our site
  • Are the photos on the listing of the actual shoes I will receive?
    Yes. We photograph every single pair individually from multiple angles so you can see the exact condition before buying. Please read our condition guide.
  • How do you clean and sanitize the shoes?
    Every pair undergoes a multi-step deep clean. We scrub the soles, remove deep dirt, and use a specialized antibacterial and antifungal sanitation process to ensure they arrive fresh and odor-free.
  • Do the shoes come with the original box and accessories?
    It varies. We clearly state in each product description whether the original box, extra laces, or original insoles are included. If the original box is missing, they will ship in a secure, sterile shipping box.
  • Do you sell new sneakers?
    No. We specialize exclusively in curated, pre-owned sneakers to give high-quality shoes a second life.


Shipping & Ordering

  • Where are you located?
    We are based in Pflugerville, Texas.
  • Can I do a local pickup or drop-off to save on shipping?
    No. To keep our operations secure and fast, we do not offer local pickup or drop-offs at our Pflugerville facility. All orders are shipped straight to your door.
  • How fast do you ship?
    All orders are packed and shipped out within 2 business days with. USPS.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    Because we process and ship orders quickly, all change or cancellation requests must be made via email within 2 hours of your purchase.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We currently ship to all 50 US states.


Buying, Trading, & Returns

  • What is your return policy?
    Due to the unique nature of pre-owned inventory, all sales are final.
  • What if the shoes don't fit me?
    Because we sell unique, individual pairs, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues. We strongly recommend checking the specific brand's sizing charts or contacting us for exact measurements before purchasing.
  • Can I sell my shoes to you or do a trade?
    We do not buy shoes from the public or accept trades. Our team handles all of our product sourcing independently    .
